I'm glad you've mentioned this. I like McDonalds breakfast. I don't like extraneous packaging. Rather than explain that I don't need a paper mat, an extra bag and so forth (i carry the cup stirrer in my bag - out of principle that its reusable) Wouldn't it be a customer loyalty idea to give out a card that explained this and trained the staff to act accordingly when presented with during the order process? It's the small things that need to be changed first. There should also be a reward for doing acts like this I think. Just a thought anyway :)
